Review of interprofessional competencies: Development and testing of OSCE stations

As part of the project „Mustercurriculum Interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit und Kommunikation“ (Sample Curriculum Interprofessional Cooperation and Communication) funded by the Robert Bosch Foundation, OSCE stations were developed to test interprofessional competencies. Interprofessional handover and interprofessional visits were defined as prototypical subject areas. Case vignettes and checklists including sample solutions were developed in interprofessional working groups. The implementation was supported by the use of standardized nursing staff.
