Video assessments offer, among other things, the opportunity to assess the communicative and interprofessional competencies and abilities of students. Together with colleagues from the IMPP and the F+U Group in Heidelberg, we offered the workshop in Bochum on September 5th, 2018 as part of Innolab 2018. In a simulated discussion situation, the participants had the task of passing on information about a patient to their colleagues. The role play was recorded on video and then annotated according to certain criteria (e.g. structuring the course of the conversation). In the reflection phase, concrete feedback could finally be given.
