Save the Date: Technical Taskforce Meeting on 28.09.2022
We have received feedback from many technical administrators of the UCAN network that the organisation of the technical task force meetings in combination with the UCAN conferences was perceived as very positive. We have also always had very good experiences with it and would like to continue this for the coming UCAN conference this year.
Against this background, a working meeting of the Technology Taskforce is planned for 28 September 2022 in Leipzig. We would be pleased if you would make a note of this date in your calendar.

Since the introduction of the new medical licensing regulations in 2002, the teaching and review of clinical competences in medical studies is of particular importance. So far, a complete, comprehensive survey on the implementation of new, innovative learning and examination methods at the medical faculties of the Federal Republic of Germany is missing.

Seit der Einführung der neuen ärztlichen Approbationsordnung im Jahr 2002 kommt der Vermittlung und Überprüfung klinischer Kompetenzen im Medizinstudium eine besondere Bedeutung zu. Bisher fehlt eine vollständige, umfassende Erhebung zur Implementierung neuer, innovativer Lern- und Prüfungsmethoden an den Medizinischen Fakultäten der Bundesrepublik Deutschland.
Faculty internal examinations at the German medical faculties
Faculty internal exams should reflect the strengthening of the practical relevance of medical education and are part of the final certificate. In order to gain an overview of how the „examination culture“ at the medical faculties developed, a survey was conducted in autumn 2007 at all medical faculties in Germany.
